Dear Xanga,

so i know its been almost a year since i even got on good ol' xanga.com. but i was thinking about the sweet simplicity of it. i don't really have to think much when i come here. i just start writing. like i used to back in the day. but so much as changed since then, and ive grown up a lot and moved on in life. but there are always those little things, like xanga for example that keep me happy, keep me going. i am not gonna lie, i totally forgot about my xanga until someone recently left a comment on it, and i was like WOAH! time to update!
so, here i am once again typing away at the sweet simplicity of xanga.

oh my dear xanga,
the one who knew me first.
the one that knows me best.
how sorry i am to have forgotten you.
although somewhere in my heart you were always there.
i know you were. how could i have forgotten you?
for there you were in the back of my mind with the rest of my past.
but a good part of the past you always were.
so i am once again remembering all the good times we've had.
all the times you were there for me when i just needed to vent.
all the times i came to you, pouring out my heart.
you were always there and seemed to understand
even when no one else did.
oh xanga forgive me! i am here now!
i have missed you, at least i am pretty sure i did.
no, i know i did! dear xanga! forgive me!
i never meant to do you wrong!
but so much has changed over the years..
see now we have myspace and...facebook!
but dont worry darling, like ive said before
and so i will say again: you were always my first.
you never failed me! no! t'was i that failed you!
alas! forgive me dear xanga!
and i give my word that i will do my best to return to you more often.

yes, i know that i have not posted on xanga in...well, forever!
and i know that pretty much no one uses xanga anymore...
but i felt bad for my long neglected xanga,
and decided to post a short blog.. : )

Dear Xanga,
I have not forgotten you.
Nor have I ever once had regret of using you.
I will not be here long,
but i wanted to say hello.

Its not that Ive found something better then you,
its just that ive found something that has more options then you.
Oh, dont be jealous, my dear dear xanga..
..for you did come first.
Oh indeed you came first.
That is why I felt that I should no longer neglect you.
Do not expect to see me often, but please, take heart!
For here I am after such a long absence.
Please understand my reasons.

You shall always have a place in my heart dear xanga.
We have such good memories.
You have held such a huge part of my life, my songs, my writing.
I shall never forget the years we had, the good, and the bad.

So, hello dear xanga.
It was so nice to see you again.

Ok, so its def. been forever sinse i last updated this.
so i have a little time and thought i might as well..

So lately things have been pretty awesome.
im graduating on June First, and i seriously cannot wait at ALL.
im so excited to be gettin outta highschool and moving on in life.
and trust me, i need a lot of that..

Derek is home for the summer. (btw my trip to chicago way back was AWESOME)
its good to have him home.
i got myself a summer job at Harmony Heart Camp for 7 weeks.
i leave in June and will be back in Augest.
then after that we shall see. eventually startin college.
which im really looking forward to.

So yeah, lifes been pretty good. im just keepin myself pretty busy.
im just living life the best i can. trusting God.
thats all i really have. its all any of us have

ok well, i guess im out.

yep, so im here in Chicago with my brother. we just got here and he has a class to go to, so i am pretty much just sittin here. gonna do some school and stuff and chill til he gets back then i guess we are gonna eat then chill some more. then we are going bowling.
omg u guys, im so excited to be here. im sooo not it lititz right now! haha.
its amazing. and there is still snow on the ground. kinda strange cause there isnt any snow at home right now.

the plane ride was ok. realllllly really boring, but i slept and listened to music the whole time so it wasnt all that bad. and the guy sittin next to me was really nice. helped me with my bags and stuff. very cool. i hope i sit next to someone nice on the way home on sunday.

ahh yes so i am totally enjoying my weekend off. i so needed this vaca.
im lovin' it.

so yeah i guess im off, miss u all. dun miss me to much. *laugh*
